An international, award-winning
burlesque performer and producer,
Scarlett Whispers is a red-headed romantic who exudes glamour and elegance.
Scarlett has performed in prestigious venues at the heart of the UK's live entertainment scene (Albert's Schloss, the Phoenix Arts Club, the Voodoo Rooms, the Hippodrome Casino) alongside some of the UK's most popular cabaret shows (Soho Cabaret, D' Lecter Cabaret, The Camden Club, Rock 'n' Roll Cabaret, Eye-Full Cabaret).
She has performed on international stages - with stints in Italy, Poland and Egypt - alongside arts festivals, including the Isle of Wight Festival, the Buxton Fringe Festival and all across the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (2024, 2025 and 2026).
Scarlett co-produces Keys and Tease, an elegant piano cabaret and has produced variety cabaret shows across the UK. She is also the resident burlesque dancer at The Oracle, a speakeasy style magician's bar in Liverpool.

Three Things to KNow about me
I trained as an art historian before I became a burlesque dancer and I still have a deep love for the history of burlesque. I'll talk about Victorian music halls at any opportunity. I think burlesque should be treated as a historical performance art just as much as theatre.
Burlesque is the thing that made me blossom. I've become my most confident self and have better relationships with others than ever. Working alongside other burlesque dancers has made it undeniable that beauty and talent looks different on everyone. It's the most inclusive and welcoming branch of the performing arts.
Burlesque is creative! It's there to express yourself, explore, make mistakes and discover new things. It's just like any other artform and (like other artists say), the process is just as important as the end result.
